Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement:
- To be eligible for any return or refund (due to damage, wrong product received, or any other valid reason), a clear, unedited, and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must start with the parcel in its original, sealed condition, clearly showing the shipping label and all sides of the package before it is opened.
- The video must capture the entire opening process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
- The condition of the product and any issues (damage, defect, etc.) must be clearly visible in the same continuous video as it is unboxed.
- Reasons such as "I was not available," "cannot make a video," or "the box was already open" will not be accepted, and we will be unable to process your request without this evidence.
- If the product is opened and repacked just to make a video, that video will be considered invalid.
Return Eligibility and Conditions:
Requests for returns will be accepted only for the following valid reasons:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong product, size, etc.).
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, minor variations in design from the indicative image, or if the customer simply requests a return without a valid reason as stated above.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be returned in the exact same condition as it was sent to you.
- Include the original packaging, tags, and any accompanying certificates or materials.
- Be unused and without any size or form changes.
Refund Process and Shipping Costs:
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received by us and passes a quality check to confirm the damage/issue and ensure it is in the same condition as sent.
- In cases of a valid return due to damage or wrong product sent, we will cover the shipping costs for sending and returning the product.
- In the case of a return for dissatisfaction (if accepted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion), the original shipping charges for sending the product and the cost incurred to return the product to us will be deducted from your total payment for that order. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
- For valid claims, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Reporting Timeframe:
Any issues or discrepancies must be reported to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery of the product. Complaints raised after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
